We’ll begin with a dynamic yoga practice to awaken energy and release tension, followed by gentle, grounding postures and breath awareness to calm the mind and soothe the heart.
In the second part, we’ll explore how Ayurveda can help us stay warm, joyful, and balanced through the winter months — with simple, practical tips to nurture both body and mood.
We’ll close with a restorative sequence and soft breathing techniques, guiding you to harmonize your inner energies and carry this sense of ease into daily life.
Feel free to bring a notebook if you’d like to jot down some Ayurvedic insights to integrate at home.
