The heart and soul of Yoga Haus is the human encounter. It is a place of movement and tranquility that always focuses on the students individual practice and interpersonal connection. Our goal is to find and cultivate a deeper connection with self and others. Our teachers integrate new research on body and movement into their teaching.
Founder, Owner & Head of Teacher Training

Angela grew up in central Italy and found her connection to movement at an early age through classical and contemporary dance. From the age of six, she trained in dance and worked professionally as a dancer into her early twenties.
After studying Political Science, she worked internationally, including as a Product Manager at KUONI in Zurich. She has been living in Switzerland since 2005.
Yoga became a defining part of Angela’s life during her pregnancy with her son, who is now 18 years old. This experience deepened her understanding of the connection between body, breath, and awareness. Angela has completed over 700 hours of yoga teacher trainings and continuing education (Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Sivananda), as well as more than 300 hours of training in contemporary movement and bodywork, including Embodied Movement, Fascia Training, and movement-based approaches influenced, among others, by the founders of Fighting Monkey.
Music and voice have always been essential forms of expression in Angela’s life. For the past two years, she has been studying voice at the conservatory to explore more deeply this profoundly human instrument of communication—the voice that each of us naturally carries within.
People who have deeply shaped her development as a teacher and her personal growth include Julie Martin, Jozef Frucek, Master Ming Wong, her son Pablo, and those closest to her.
Angela has been teaching Vinyasa and Yin Yoga since 2010 and has been involved in yoga teacher trainings as a senior teacher since 2013. In 2015, she founded DAS YOGA HAUS in Zurich’s District 4, which officially opened on January 2, 2016. She is the owner, director, and head of teacher trainings and continuing education.
Angela’s teaching is characterized by precision, mindfulness, and creativity, inviting students to experience movement as a conscious, embodied practice—clear, deep, and applicable to everyday life.

Natalia first found access to Far Eastern movement techniques and their philosophies during her training as a contemporary dancer in the 1990s. Fascinated by choreographers, directors and performers whose work focuses on the exploration of the body and the testing of the body’s limits, Natalia preferred to use physical exercises from Hatha Yoga, Thai Chi Chuan, BodyMindCentering and meditation as tools to warm up and prepare for the stage. Parallel to the energetic bodywork, Natalia began to engage more intensively with Buddhist teachings and the practice of mindfulness. With her first pregnancy in 2007, Natalia took a break from the stage and from then on devoted herself more to yoga and meditation practice. The continuous practice on and off the mat became commonplace and soon the desire to dive deeper into the wisdom of yoga and to learn more about Patanjali and the Yoga Sutras awoke. So in 2013 she completed her first 200h teacher training at AIRYOGA with Stephen Thomas, Doug Keller, Stefanie Zimmermann and others. At the moment she is further training to become a 500h certified yoga teacher, also under the guidance of Stephen Thomas.

Vinyasa Embodied Yoga

Julie teaches an EMBODIED yoga, based on a sensory experience, free from outdated dogmas and limited linear structures.
Growing up as a Vedantist, she was immersed in the philosophy of yoga. In her 20s, she began practising asanas and exploring different types of movement while studying the history of yoga. The resulting discovery is that yoga is evolving and always has, so we have permission to explore these practices, challenge the myths and move forward with knowledge and awareness.
Her mission is to strenghten your practice. She wants to help you find your own pace, flow and power in a structure that is an invitation, not a rule. Use your curiosity and trust your experience to take control of your practice on and off the mat.

Malina was born in 1997 in Willisau (Lucerne) and has a deep passion for exploring and sharing the practice of yoga. At the age of twelve, Malina began meditating for the first time.

Yoga has transformed her life in many ways — physically, emotionally, and mentally. She regularly attends trainings and courses in yoga, meditation, and coaching to deepen her own practice. Her goal is to offer you tools and inspiration through yoga and meditation that help your potential and inner light shine brightly.

Radhakripa experiences yoga as an effective means of promoting well-being and healing on a physical, mental and emotional level. The practice enriches life through awareness, love and compassion. Her aim is to inspire her students to integrate yoga beyond the mat into their everyday lives and experience tangible changes.
In 1992, a book in her home library opened the door to the world of yoga. Fascinated by yoga philosophy and practices, she immersed herself in the teachings of the Bhakti yoga tradition. After studying Spanish, she spent 8 years studying the Vedic scriptures, accompanied by mantra recitation and meditation in India and Europe. Asana and pranayama became perfect companions on her inner journey.
dhakripa teaches asana and pranayama with a focus on alignment, creating a safe environment for exploration and progress, allowing students to unite body, breath and mind in a liberating dance. In yoga teacher training courses and separate events, she offers philosophy and Ayurveda workshops that apply the ancient teachings to the modern context. She enjoys leading kirtan events and bringing the experience of mantra meditation to others.

Miriam’s passion for yoga lies in the subtle, embodied experience of asana practice and in a deep engagement with yoga philosophy, always with the intention of integrating it into everyday life. Her creative and inclusive approach has evolved since her first Savasana in 2003, and she continues to step beyond her comfort zone—where friction invites change. Creating a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of gender, skin color, or body ideals, is central to her teaching. Influenced by Hatha Yoga, Tantra, and Buddhism, her practice is enriched by meditation, a two-year training in Buddhist psychology and coaching completed in May 2024, and ongoing studies in trauma-informed yoga and social justice. Inspired by simplicity and especially by nature and the mountains, Miriam shares her joy through retreats, yoga classes, meditation offerings, and one-on-one sessions.

Nadine is a cheerful and open-minded person. Movement has always been a central anchor in her life. Through her many years of experience as a sports teacher, she has gained deep insights into various disciplines, which have given her a strong awareness of her own body. Her greatest passion is to share the joy of movement with others.
Her yoga style is a unique blend of two worlds: she combines powerful, playful Vinyasa flows with the solid knowledge she gained from her studies in Health Sciences and Technology.
Nadine completed her first teacher training in 2024 in Sweden, and since then she has been teaching with great enthusiasm at Yoga Haus. In her classes, she loves to challenge participants with demanding asanas and inversions. Through a clear and well-structured approach, she helps students build trust and develop their skills. The postures are explored together, always with the option to adapt them so that everyone feels comfortable and can continue to grow in their own practice.
