Words have the power to trigger us or make us feel great. Comments from others or our own self-talk affects how we feel. Over time this trickles into what we believe about ourselves and how we move in our bodies.
Julie is passionate about bringing awareness into her classroom and explores where words begin, belief systems pop up and ultimately how we move through and beyond.
In this empowering 4 modules workshop, she will guide you in a daily movement practice, examining the language we use in and around our bodies.
Learn the brain science behind the power of language and how it affects us, as well as uncovering our own layers of self belief.
We’ll create movement mantras and work with journaling to get perspective on our process.

NOTICING OUR INNER CRITIC; using language to support and guide without judgement to cultivate safe spaces

FINDING EMPOVERING WORDS; create our movement mantras

BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER; move through (part sequence, part improvised) in a magical dialogue between the body, breath and mind.
