The average active person takes around 7,500 steps/day. In 80 years, you’ll have walked about 200 millions steps in your lifetime. Con-sidering all this, by taking care of our feet will we greatly benefit our quality of life, our daily movement and lessen the chance of injury in ankles, knees and hips.
