In this class we will move through a playful and broad ranging routine. To honour the body’s abilities, this practise is designed to touch on many layers of human movement. It touches on the foundational layers, the ones we want to nurture, deepen and expand no matter our age. To maintain the abilities to go from standing to sitting, from rolling to jumping, from strength to flexibility, from a quick raise in heart beat to a body that feels at home in all movements and patterns we are made to make. Physical practise of stillness, energy, strength, flexibility and coordination in all joints, eye sight, no sight, balance, movement puzzles, skills and play, and a full body circulation will be provided. This class is suited for any beginner level, while advanced training can also be found in every form. With vibrancy as the natural state, the only prerequisite is practise and exposure.
