This series of asana classes, designed for yoga practitioners wishing to deepen their practice, will progress over a series of four lessons.
Each class will include a warm up in preparation for a more challenging series of postures varying in theme. We will explore back-bending, arm balance and hip openers aimed at balancing strength and flexibility while strengthening the legs, arm and core.
Postures can range from being held as short transitions through vinyasa, or as longer held postures to access the facial layers. The tone is playful, experimental, yet committed.
